Our Neighborhood

Located in the International District of Albuquerque, Siesta Hills, "The Jewel of the Southeast Heights",

is ideal for anyone seeking a serene and active lifestyle. Our neighbors are comprised of young families,

seniors, veterans, Albuquerque natives and recent residents of New Mexico.

Siesta Hills is bounded on the North by Gibson Boulevard, on the South by Ridgecrest Drive,

on the East by Louisiana Boulevard and on the West by San Pedro Drive.

Since 2019, we’ve reduced or overall neighborhood crime rate by 48%!

A rebooted Neighborhood Watch program and growing attendance at SHNA quarterly board meetings

have helped to build community engagement.

Over more than 60 years, Siesta Hills has grown into a mature and prestigious community.

Here, privacy is respected and friendship is encouraged.

Siesta Hills residents love the neighborhood and

are known to move in and never leave.
